
Raspberry Muffins
1 cup of butter or margarine
1 1/4 cup of sugar
Cream together in large bowl.
2 eggs
Add one at a time and mix well after each addition.
In a separate bowl, mix:
2 cups of flour
2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
Add flour mix to large bowl of butter, sugar and egg mixture. Add:
1/4 cup of milk
2 1/2 cups of raspberries
Fold

Spoon into greased or paper-lined muffin tins. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 18 muffins or 24 small muffins.
